Q: What happens if we need help or advice when we are staying at La Rosiere?

A: The owners (Diana and Jim) live on site. Just ask.

Q: Is everything included in our booking price?

A: Yes, except for heating costs (if required) and swimming towels.

Q: Will we have any problems getting to La Rosiere?

A: No, the road, rail and air links to the Dordogne region are all excellent.

Q: What is the nearest airport for budget flights to La Rosiere?

A: Bergerac International, 50 kms and about a pleasant hour's drive from us.

Q: Can you suggest our best route to La Rosiere?

A: Yes, please ask and we'll supply you with full information.

Q: Is a car essential at la Rosiere?

A: Yes.

Q: Is La Rosiere suitable for disabled guests?

A: Unfortunately, our gites are converted barns or cottages and not particularly disability-

  friendly. Our Villa gite does have a downstairs double bedroom and bathroom/wc.

Q: Do you have equipment for babies and toddlers?

A: Cots, highchairs and stair safety gates are available on request. Please ask. Other

  play equipment suitable for young children is available at the swimming pool.

Q: Do your gites have bathrooms as well as shower rooms?

A: The Sechoir and Villa gites have bathrooms and shower rooms.

Q: Is the swimming pool safe for my children?

A: By law in France, all public pools must be fenced or alarmed. We have two alarms on

  our swimming pool and one on the paddling pool. However, nothing can replace

  responsible parental supervision of young children.

Q: Is there a supermarket closeby?

A: Yes, there's a small supermarket in Les Eyzies (4 kms) and four in Le Bugue (8kms).
