La Rosiere's gites: what to see and do?
You can be as energetic or as lazy as you choose. You can walk, cycle, ride horses, paddle canoes, play tennis, golf, swim in rivers, walk in the trees ... or you might prefer leisure flights in hot air balloons, visiting gardens, museums, markets, towns and villages. Or to sit in a cafe and watch the world go by. If you are coming to unwind, to relax by the pool with a book and a glass of chilled wine, you can do that too. But be careful - many visitors are so impressed with this region, the friendliness of the locals and the wonderful way of life that they end up living here. We did!
